Every person in every group has a role. Do you know yours? Some are the leaders, some the attention grabbers, and some the followers. Each breaks down into numerous other possibilities, but for the sake of brevity I will stick to these three.
First are the leaders who others are drawn to naturally because of similar abilities or because we admire them. Once they've obtained our respect, we follow. Leaders can be anybody, not necessarily the authority figures.
